If you feel like you’ve been trying to figure out your health on your own, this service provides a personalized starting point. The Functional Wellness Assessment combines a HealthBeings bioresonance assessment with a comprehensive intake and a one-on-one consultation to help identify areas for further exploration and practical nutrition and lifestyle strategies. After reviewing your intake form and assessment results, we’ll meet to discuss the findings, prioritize the areas most relevant to your goals, and create realistic next steps. You’ll also receive a personalized written summary to help you put those recommendations into practice. Your assessment includes: Nutrition and wellness intake At-home hair sample collection HealthBeings bioresonance assessment (looking at 1,771 items) One-on-one results consultation (60 minutes) Personalized written summary Individualized nutrition and wellness recommendations Follow-up recommendations and next steps *results consultation will be scheduled after results are received. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, please be aware that a cancellation fee of $85 will apply. As per our policy, cancellations made within this timeframe will incur a charge to compensate for the reserved time and lost opportunity.
