The Self-Guided Functional Wellness Assessment combines a HealthBeings bioresonance assessment with a comprehensive intake and a personalized 12-week roadmap to help you identify areas for further exploration and put practical nutrition and lifestyle strategies into action. After reviewing your intake, goals, and assessment results, you will receive a personalized roadmap that walks you through your starting point, results and objectives for each week. It also includes weekly check-ins, resources, guides, and trackers, all designed with your unique needs in mind. It’s a flexible option for busy individuals who want professional guidance and accountability without committing to weekly appointments. While you’ll be working through the program at your own pace, you won’t be doing it alone. You’ll have messenger support throughout the 12 weeks to ask questions, check in, work through challenges, and adjust your approach when needed.
